The use of the following antiarrhythmic medicines with flecainide is not recommended:
- quinidine
- procainamide
- disopyramide
- lidocaine (lignocaine)
- mexiletine
- propafenone.

The following medicines may increase the blood levels of flecainide:
- amiodarone
- cimetidine.
