Brenda has been at AAC longer than any other team member. A CVT in Arizona for over 20 years, Brenda has been attending to patients' devices for over 28 years, both in Arizona and Nebraska. "Over the years, I have seen many changes in CVT devises. Of course, they have become smaller, but also the battery life has been extended and there is lots more diagnostic information available." Brenda continues, "When I started the devices were very basic and set by the manufacturers, there was no way to customized them for the changing needs of the individual patients. I was involved in a lot of the developmental research. When I started there were no implantable defibrillators, we have come a long way."
