Arizona Arrhythmia Consultants is happy to accept and bill most major insurance plans. When applicable, your co-insurance, deductible and any non-covered services will be billed to you as determined by your insurance plan. Medical Records

Your original health records are the property of Arizona Arrhythmia Consultants, but the information contained within them belongs to you. To protect your privacy you will need to complete a release to have that information copied. Release requests can be faxed to 480-246-3100. For assistance call 480-246-3000, option 7.
