"I have been at AAC for over 6 years, and 32 years total in the medical field. I enjoy what I do and I enjoy who I'm with." Diane welcomes patients to the AAC office, checks them in and reviews their paperwork and insurance. "I want to make sure they feel comfortable in our office, I try to get a smile out of them, put them at ease." More often then not, Diane is the first point of contact between patients and AAC, and for her it's personal. "We talk to our patients like people, not like numbers, it's very important to do that, and they appreciate it. AAC is friendliness, caring... we're all family people and it shows. It's a special place."
