Procedure Scheduler
Jenn has been with AAC for almost 10 years. She says, “We are all always improving ourselves, learning… from doctors and hospital personnel.” Jenn knows that patients also want to understand and learn about what is happening around them, “I answer questions and make them comfortable. I schedule their procedures and make sure everything is in place – insurance, devices, anesthesia if necessary… keeping track and making sure everything is correct.” Jenn gets to know her patients very well over the course of their treatment, “I know that patients are anxious before any procedure, we all get butterflies. We (AAC) try to make sure that everyone understands this is an involved process that needs to be choreographed perfectly along the way.” Jenn is the link between the doctors, patients, insurance companies and hospital that makes that happen.
