Preparation
When you visit Arizona Arrhythmia Consultants, there are several pieces of information that will help make your appointment more effective and there are questions you'll want to remember to ask.
Information to Bring With You
You should be prepared to report the history of your symptoms, including:

How long the symptoms have been occurring.

The approximate number of times you have had symptoms over the last several months.

The amount of time between symptoms.

A description of your symptoms by anyone who has witnessed them.

What you were doing when the symptoms occurred.

Inform your provider of other physicians/providers you have seen for your symptoms.

Bring all medical records in your possession

Arrange for medical records to me sent to our clinic before your appointment

A list of your medications

Questions to Ask Your Doctor
- What is my diagnosis?
- What does it mean?
- What causes it?
- What tests are going to be done? Why? What are my treatment choices?
- What are the risks, benefits, or side effects of these choices?
- What can I do to improve the health of my heart?
